Discovering Culture Through Music

Playlist Passport is a one-day workshop that explores music as a global language. Students “travel” the world through sound, listening to tracks from regions like West Africa, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and more.

They create a collaborative Spotify playlist, write reflections on what moved them, and celebrate their global journey through an open-format DJ set. The goal? To help young people connect to their own identity while building cultural awareness through rhythm and storytelling.
